What we collect

When you call, message, or submit a form, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, contact details, household size, and the coverage questions you need answered. The eligibility check on this site does not ask for or store personal identifying information.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your question, check what programs may fit your household, and complete an application if you ask us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with marketers.

Who we share it with

When you ask us to apply on your behalf, we submit the information required by that program or carrier. If you were referred by a partner organization, we confirm status with them only when you have agreed to that. We do not share your information with other insurance agents, agencies, or marketing companies.

Health information

We ask about medications and conditions only when it affects which plan covers you, and we keep those details confidential.

Your choices

This site

This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It does not track you across other websites, so it treats a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal the same as any other visit.

Forms on this site

When you send a form, your message goes to Cielo’s email inbox. The website itself does not keep a copy. Please don’t send Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents through a form.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
