Coverage is a right. Understanding it should be too.

We are licensed agents who came up in this community and grew up in bilingual households, with years in insurance and years inside community clinics. That is why we refer people to good doctors instead of whatever pays best, and why we tell you when a free program beats anything we could sell you. We sit down with people in person — at clinics, at shelters, at enrollment days — and we say plainly what we know: honesty, respect, and quality care, or we have not done our job.

We started Cielo for low-income families because the people who need coverage most are the ones the system explains it to worst. Most people we meet have been handed a stack of paperwork and a phone number. They don't know if they qualify for anything. They don't know if the clinic down the street takes their card. They stop asking, and they go without care. Cielo exists to be the person they can ask.
